Fragrance Nevaeh's Return Policy 

Return Policy: Our return policy lasts up to 7 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer returns/refunds for any orders outside the US; all international sales will be final.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please review the specific conditions for return eligibility on our website.

Acceptance Criteria

Product Condition: our item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Candle Returns: Returns will only be accepted on candles if the product is not damaged or not used.

Unacceptable Criteria

Cosmetics and Skincare Items: Please note, that we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health and hygiene reasons. Make your selections carefully.

Perfume Atomizers: Perfume Atomizers are Final SALE and cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items: Some of our products are marked as "Final Sale," indicating that these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase, as we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for final sale items.

This statement makes it explicit that specific items fall under the final sale category and sets the expectation that returns or refunds will not be accepted for these items.

How to Request an Item Return

Customers can obtain a return shipping label by contacting our customer service customercare@fragrance-nevaeh.com. 

Return Shipping

Responsibility for Shipping Handling (SH): Your convenience is important to us. For redelivery and returns, refused. Customers are responsible for Shipping and Handling (SH) fees unless the situation arises from a Company or Carrier error.

Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. If the seal is opened or if the product is used, a minimum of 20% restocking fee will apply (subject to increase based on usage).

Inspection and Refund

Refund Issuance: A refund will be issued once products have been inspected and received back into inventory.

Store Credit Option: Customers can also request a store credit instead of a refund, which will be added to your account and never expire.

International Returns

Current Limitation: International Returns are not accepted at this time.

Shortages/Damages Policy

Responsibility Acknowledgment: If an item has been shipped from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, Fragrance-nevaeh.com accepts 100% responsibility for that item.

Preorders / Cancellations

All preorder estimates and dates of fulfillment are always in the description of the preorderable item. Please make sure be aware of the date that the items are expected to be fulfilled.

Any preorder cancellations will come with a 10% cancellation fee.

Preorder cancellations due to excessive delay in fulfillment are subject to different outcome, if an issue like this may arrive Fragrance Nevaeh will work with you to the best of their ability to find a mutually acceptable outcome.
