Are Fragrance Nevaeh fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every full bottle, tester, sample, and decant we sell is 100% authentic and sourced through trusted distributors. All purchases are covered by our Authenticity Promise.
What is the difference between a decant, sample, and tester?
A decant and sample is a measured amount hand-poured from an authentic full bottle into a smaller atomizer. A tester contains the same fragrance as the retail version but may come in a plain box, without a cap, or without retail packaging.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. Shipping protection is available at checkout for added coverage against loss, damage, or theft.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within seven days of delivery. Unopened returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, while opened or used products are subject to a fee of 20% or more. Additional restrictions may apply.
Why does my fragrance smell different after delivery?
Heat, cold, and agitation during transit can temporarily affect how a fragrance smells or performs. Allow the bottle to rest upright in a cool, dry place for 5–7 days before evaluating it.
