We are currently aware of the super delayed delivery of packages once they have been shipped out, as well as the extreme delays that occur when packages are in transit. We do apologize as we have now entered in peak season of shipping times.
Some packages will be stuck at a facility / in transit for days at a time with no update. This unfortunately is the normal a occurance right now. If your package is undergoing the same issues, please wait at least 4-6 days of it being stuck somewhere before emailing.
Also, regarding any pre-orders from early November, we are currently working on receiving these items are carefully monitoring their ETA for this week.
If you're emailing about a Parfums de Marly they're arriving this week (12.2.2024) and we will promptly ship them out afterwards.
