I ordered the smallest sample of the Celine parade. The sample came in very quickly and was all intact. I had smelled this fragrance at a Celine brick and mortar store and really liked it, but I’m glad that I had purchased the sample to really get a feel for it. Although it is a lovely and chic fragrance, it won’t a full bottle worthy for me. The initial spritz made me feel so elegant and well put together. You can really smell the Bergamont, neroli and vetiver. It’s crisp but not airy that it comes off as clean, bubbly or soapy. There is still an riche and deep presence which makes it so grown-up. It’s definitely an evening fragrance. I think it kind of falls flat after an hour. I still smell it but that beautiful crisp Bergamont is completely gone after about 30 minutes. Bergamont is one of my favorite notes so that did disappoint me, but that’s just my own bias. I still give this a four out of five stars because it is a very beautiful fragrance. I just wish the Bergamont lasted a little bit longer. This fragrance definitely smells of wealth, but not overbearing and in your face. I will more than likely buy a travel size because I still genuinely do like it.
